We offer our community complimentary gloabl shipping on all orders.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our warehouse.. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your ASHAALIA delivery on its journey to you.

Delivery Times

Transit times vary depending on your destination, please refer to the below for estimated delivery dates.

UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia:

GCC (KSA, BHR, OMN, KWT) allow 7 - 10 business days including custom clearance.

Dubai options: 

Order Processing Cut-off time.

                2:00 PM – Same Day Delivery within Dubai City Limits

                4:00 PM – Next Day Delivery

Rest of the world 
QATAR and rest of the world – up to 14 business days for transit time. Excluding customs clearance which will be determined by the delivery location.

You will receive an email with your tracking number after your purchase, UAE customer will receive a Whatsapp message with your delivery information.

Duties & Taxes (DPP – Duties Payable at Delivery)

Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Duties & Taxes Payable (DPP) basis.

  • Import duties, taxes, and local charges are determined by your country’s customs authority.
  • These charges are not included in the purchase price at checkout.
  • They will be payable by you, the customer, directly to the courier or customs office upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for guidance.

  • If import duties or taxes are not paid, your order may be delayed, returned, or cancelled by customs.
  • ASHAALIA is unable to cover or refund these costs, as they are imposed directly by your government.
  • Should you need assistance with documentation or courier communication, our customer support team are here to support you.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel extraordinary in your ASHAALIA pieces. If your order isn’t quite right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and straightforward.

EXCHANGES


We offer size exchanges on all full-price items.

When submitting your return online, you’ll be prompted to select your new size. Once your return has been received and approved at our studio, we’ll dispatch your exchange.


Please note: Your new size is not reserved until your original item is accepted by our team. To avoid disappointment, we recommend sending your return promptly.

Return Window

You have 14 days from your delivery date to return eligible items.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted for full-price items that are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags, accessories, hangtags, and garment covers intact
  • Free from makeup, perfume, or damage
  • Returned in original packaging

ASHAALIA reserves the right to refuse returns that fall outside these guidelines.

How to Initiate a Return
  1. Visit our Returns Portal to begin your return request.

  2. Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off or schedule a pickup.

  3. A $25 AUD return shipping, restocking, and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total.

Refunds are processed once your return has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final Sale items or items discounted by 15% or more

  • Accessories including jewellery, belts, sunglasses, and hats (bags excluded)

  • Garments returned without original hangtags or covers

  • Store credit payments (these are issued as one-time-use codes and are non-refundable)
Important Notes
  • Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact sales@ashaalia.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. Items must remain unworn and unwashed for review.

  • Store Credit: If a return is declined or credited instead of refunded, a one-time-use store credit will be issued and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • All items are quality-checked before shipping. Returns are accepted at ASHAALIA’s discretion.
