All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from our warehouse.. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your ASHAALIA delivery on its journey to you.

UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia:
GCC (KSA, BHR, OMN, KWT) allow 7 - 10 business days including custom clearance.
Dubai options:
Order Processing Cut-off time.
2:00 PM – Same Day Delivery within Dubai City Limits
4:00 PM – Next Day Delivery
Rest of the world
QATAR and rest of the world – up to 14 business days for transit time. Excluding customs clearance which will be determined by the delivery location.
You will receive an email with your tracking number after your purchase, UAE customer will receive a Whatsapp message with your delivery information.
Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Duties & Taxes Payable (DPP) basis.

We offer size exchanges on all full-price items.
When submitting your return online, you’ll be prompted to select your new size. Once your return has been received and approved at our studio, we’ll dispatch your exchange.
Please note: Your new size is not reserved until your original item is accepted by our team. To avoid disappointment, we recommend sending your return promptly.
