Cut in mid-weight crepe polyester and lined in silk satin, the Sitara Wide-Leg Trouser receives approximately 10 hours of Karigari hand-beading at the hem. Glass stones are applied panel by panel in ASHAALIA's atelier. Beading is intentionally set 12-13 centimetres (5 inches) above the hem edge - a considered construction decision that allows the hem to be taken up without compromising the stone placement.
The Sitara motif - star in Urdu - traces to Mughal court tradition, where metallic and mirror-set star elements were applied to garment surfaces with structural precision.
Pairs with the Sitara Fitted Jacket or Crop Top as a complete look, or worn with a simple bodysuit as a single statement. The wide-leg crease holds cleanly in crepe across warm and temperate climates.
